Our overconsumption of fossil fuels and other natural resources is leading to many environmental problems such as air and water pollution, habitat destruction and climate change. At Colorado Interfaith Power & Light we advocate a three step process for successfully addressing these issues:

• conservation,
• energy efficiency, and
• renewable energy.

Our programs focus on educating community members who will go on to educate and inspire others in their community to live in a more sustainable manner. Our Eco Audits are designed to help congregations understand where they are using energy, how much they spend on it, and what the environmental impacts are of their particular lifestyle.
