Energy Savers Workshops

Our grant funding from the Governor’s Energy Office and the national Interfaith Power and Light program for these free workshops came to an end in 2011. We conducted 96 workshops for 1,418 attendees in 23 cities in the greater Denver area.

 Look at the savings!

Cost Savings: Utility information provided to us by participants 6 months after their workshop shows that they were able to save on average almost $8 month on energy costs.
CO2 Emissions Savings: The same utility information allows us to compute that there participants reduced their CO2 emissions by 8.8 tons for the six months included in their report to us!

What’s next for Energy Savers?

We continue to conduct Energy Savers workshops for a small fee (suggested donation:  $150) to cover the costs of presenting the workshop. If attendance exceeds 20, there is an additional charge for workshop materials.  Please contact us (303 429 5792) if you want to explore a workshop opportunity!

Did you participate in a workshop?  Let us know how it went!

Please help us evaluate the effectiveness of our workshops by sending us your success report 4-6 months after your workshop.   Your energy use (kilowatts and therms) from your utility bill is a vital part of determining the effectiveness of the workshop.  Please take the time to copy it from your bills onto the form.  Click button on right for a new Success Report form and samples of utility bills showing you the information we need, or call us (303 429 5792) and we’ll mail it to you.  Call if you have questions or if we can help you in this part of our project.  THANK YOU!
