Some of our members participate in the Driven by the Wind program hosted by the Green Heart Institute.  This  allows you to offset the greenhouse gas emissions you haven’t been able to eliminate at the source. Using this tool you can calculate what your carbon emissions are from your vehicle, travel, or household utilities. Then with every dollar you spend you’ll be bringing 50 kilowatt hours of clean electricity to the grid, saving 50 pounds of coal from being burned, and keeping 100 pounds of CO2 out of the atmosphere.

Your tax deductible donation will also fund the Interfaith Community Initiatives as well as support new wind projects in schools.
